2012-02 – In time for Anuga FoodTec 2012, the most important exhibition for the food and beverage industries all over the world, GEA Wiegand presents its new brochure titled "Wiegand^® Plants for Processing Fermentation Products".

The brochure shows numerous examples of technologies and process solutions for the processing and treatment of very different fermentation products. In detail, bio-mass separation, isolation of valuable substances, cleaning of valuable substances, concentration and solvent recovery are described.

The plant mainly consist of jet mixers, evaporators, distillation columns and membrane filtration plants and are suited for the production of bio-based substances of the chemical industry and food industry.
