On behalf of the Society, I wish to invite you to participate in our Annual Dairy Symposium 2012 in the form of presenting papers, posters or other exhibitions.

As the goal of our Society is to promote and encourage technological and scientific advancement in the Dairy Industry, this Symposium is a unique place for debate and sharing of knowledge and expertise. Let us join forces to reach continuous improvement in dairying !

The 2012 theme is “ESL and UHT milk”, but various dairy topics ranging from: packaging, sanitation, fermentation organisms, lactic phage, bio-remediation, dairy economics domestic and global, quality control systems and several other new technological advances impacting our industry, will feature in our program.

The KZN Division will be hosting and sponsoring the “Surprise Event”, and the usual social activities are also being planned.
